Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using this website or participating in any programs, subscriptions, sessions, or services offered through it. By accessing this website, enrolling in a subscription, or purchasing or participating in any offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or its services.


1. Scope of Services

This website offers digital content, subscriptions, recorded and live group sessions, and experiential services that may include hypnosis, guided inner work, educational material, coaching and changework practices.

All offerings are provided for educational and experiential purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed professional care.

Participation in hypnosis or changework services offered through this website is subject to a separate disclosure and informed consent document in compliance with Section 2053.6 of the California Business and Professions Code.

That document describes the nature of the relationship between you and the facilitator.


3. Personal Responsibility & Mental Health

By participating in any offering, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you
  • If you have a serious mental health condition or concerns about your mental health, you are responsible for consulting with your licensed care provider before participating
  • You choose how and whether to apply any insights, practices, or suggestions offered

No outcomes are guaranteed, and results will vary by individual.


4. Recordings & Consent

Live sessions may be recorded, including both audio and video. By participating in any live session, you consent to being recorded.

Recordings are shared only with registered participants for their personal use. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or share recordings or session content with anyone outside the group.

At the facilitator's discretion, portions of recordings may sometimes be shared confidentially with one or more of the facilitator's teachers or advisers acting in a supervisory role for the purposes of education, mentorship, or improving the quality of the services provided.


5. Community Conduct & Confidentiality

If you participate in group sessions or community spaces, you agree to:

  • Treat other participants with respect
  • Maintain the confidentiality of personal experiences shared by others

Participants may share their own experiences with others outside the group but are expected to not share or disclose the personal experiences of others.

Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from group sessions or community spaces without refund.


6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

Digital Products & Programs

Due to the digital nature of the products and services offered, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription-based offering:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided

You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, before the next billing date.


7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through this website, including text, audio, video, recordings, exercises, and written materials, is the intellectual property of the site owner unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.


8. Website Use

You agree not to:
